In case you hit any Tech issues  

The Tpas Awards 2020 is accessible via the URL provided, using the password ‘2020tpaswards’. If you are able to view this page then you should be able to view the awards stream from when it goes live on the home page from 10.15am. It will automatically play so you don’t need to press anything.

The website is maintained by an external company. In case you encounter problems, here are a few questions that may be of help:  

Q. How do I watch the OnAwards?
A. On the home page you will see a countdown screen and a film of last year’s awards, this is where the live stream will be shown on Friday 18th September.
The stream will automatically go live at 10.15am.

Q. Can I watch it on my TV?
A. Yes, connect your laptop to your TV using a HDMI cable where appropriate or you can use screen mirroring on your device if your model of TV allows.

Q.  What platform will be used to stream the Tpas Awards and do we need to download anything?
A. It will be a Vimeo link shown right here on our website. You will not need to download anything and there will be no password.

Q. How do I access the Tpas Awards live website?
A. You should be able to access the website through any corporate web browsers you use for work, leisure etc…  If you want to access through your own desktop or laptop device, test your access this week in advance.

Q. When I click on the web link the website doesn’t load in my browser?
A. If it doesn’t load, try another web browser – Chrome is a good browser option

Q. I still cannot access the website through any of the web browsers?
A. Things to try that might solve your problem:

  1. Reboot your PC 
  2. can you access any website? E.g. www.bbc.co.uk, www.google.co.uk ? 
  3. Does the website or any website work from another Wifi connected device e.g. A WiFi connected Mobile? 
  4. If you still having issues, please check your router. It may be that you need to contact your internet provider.
